D. Recommandations

Before meals: Spirulina balances and stabilizes your appetite. It is ideal in diets. It serves as an appetite suppressant.

During the meal: it will be more digestible.

Apart from meals: it gives the energy necessary for activities.

Consume spirulina preferably during the day. Alcohol, sodas, tea and coffee should be avoided for 30 minutes after taking it. Always start with small doses before increasing.

By its rebalancing and detoxifying effect, side effects can be felt: headache, fever, gastric upset change in stool color (black or green). These are the symptoms of a short-lived detoxification process; if however it turns out to be too strong, reduce the doses or stop the treatment for a while. Important: drink water, at least one liter a day; 2 liters being recommended to facilitate the evacuation of waste.
